Elsewhere
Celestial Unicorn
Silver mare gallops
upon a celestial field.
Shimmering diamonds
light an enchanted night sky
as the unicorn prances.
Moon and planets swirl
and pulsating stars sparkle
as the silver mare
gracefully capers on air
in the starry atmosphere.
Dreamscapes
Imagination runs through the mind like a raging river,
gushing forth into incredible dreamscapes
where unicorns graze in lush, emerald valleys
and dragons, glittering like gems, soar in clear blue skies.
The azure atmosphere blends into the blackness of space.
Sparkling stars shine and illuminate distant worlds,
where dreamers imagine even more fantastic dreamscapes.

Early Morning in the Village
The mountain stream flows,
softly gurgling as the
pink morning sky glows.
A young shepherdess
plays a soft melody on
an old wooden flute.
Bleary-eyed peasants
rise to start another day
as the rooster crows.
King's men swiftly ride
on coal-black stallions through
the tiny village.
People stop and stare
as brown dust swirls all around.
Silver chain mail gleams.
Sharp swords shimmer and
shine in the bright morning sun,
like blades made of light.
The soldiers ride to
their final destination.
Dust slowly settles.
Elsewhere
Another land, another place,
somewhere else in time and space --
I want to go Elsewhere.
Some place where I can be
myself, well and truly free --
I want to go Elsewhere.
A land of fantasy
apart from reality --
I want to go Elsewhere.
Where the silver moon gleams
and I can follow my dreams --
I want to go Elsewhere.
Where the shining stars glow
and there are no dark shadows --
I want to go Elsewhere.
Enchanted Castle
Enchanted castle
disappears into the sky
through a misty veil.
Iridescent towers rise,
spiraling ever higher.
The gate is lowered
and a pegasus strides forth,
as her rider holds
reins made of shimmering gold.
Into the white clouds, they soar. Fairy Dance in Moonlight
Ethereal chimes
fill night air with melody.
Beneath silver stars,
in an incandescent ring
of mushrooms, tiny forms dance.
Their gossamer wings
shimmer in soft, pale moonlight.
As golden sun rays
splash across the morning sky,
the fairies slowly vanish.

Fairies and Shadows
Melodic bells chime
as silver light shines
through gossamer mist
where dark shadows hide.
The fairies appear,
surrounded by spheres
of magic to ward
against evil fear.
With their blades, they strike -
and the shadows' might
is soon overcome
as the fairies fight.
The fairies have won,
and evil is gone
from their magic realm.
They vanish as one.
Ghosts
The moon hangs suspended like a chandelier
from the star-filled ebon ceiling.
A dagger-sharp wind pricks my skin,
and my bones are singing,
singing of cold and fear.
The refrain rises to an ear-piercing height
as ethereal figures rise,
awakened from their somber sleep.
Their mournful, wailing cries
fill the sepulchral night.
Golden Pegasus
Golden pegasus
is dancing on gusts of air
through indigo skies
Midnight Dream
Twisted gray shadows
rise softly in the pale mist
in this midnight dream.
A knight fights nightmares --
ugly goblins and dragons,
to save his princess.
She's trapped in a spire,
on a twisted mountain path,
guarded by dark things.
The knight battles on,
prevailing against the odds
until morning comes.
Golden sun slivers
break through nocturnal darkness.
Evil creatures flee.
Moonlight Battle
Moonlight pierced gray mist
as the dwarf lifted up his
silver battle-axe.
Ugly goblins cried,
"There stands a fierce warrior!"
and trembled with fear.
The dwarven soldiers
bravely fought their foes until
none were left standing.
Shadows softly swept
across the fallen bodies
in the battlefield.

Instead of chatting with them in the dusk,
he wandered about the woods, whispering to the moon.

The longest word used by Shakespeare in any of his works is "honorificabilitudinitatibus," found in "Love's Labors Lost." Unfortunately he's no longer around to tell us what it means.
