Friendship Is Like A Butterfly
Friendship is like a butterfly
fluttering here and there
Lighting upon your shoulder
sitting in your hair
Sometimes we only grasp it
for a moment or two
Then there are the ones that stay
and together a friendship is new
I wish to thank the butterfly
who flew into my heart
At first it was a stranger
but was kind right from the start
And within a few days
we felt like friends of old
This beautiful majestic butterfly
nestled peacefully within my soul
The warmth and love it radiated
made me feel at ease
And I wish to keep it's friendship
and hope it never leaves
So I thank you dear sweet butterfly
as I watch you soar above
Spreading joy wherever you land
and bringing with you love

I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.
Martin Luther King, Jr.
Plants that need to attract moths for pollination are generally white or pale yellow, to be better seen when the light is dim. Plants that depend on butterflies, such as the poppy or the hibiscus, have more colorful flowers.
