Arctic Sun
Frozen tundra, soulless wastes.
Arid wonder of tasteless tastes.
Aching emptiness of open space.
Scalding tears on icy face.

Howling wind screams mankind's doom,
Whistling through this barren tomb.
Ice Queen stares down from her throne
As icy blizzards wail and moan.

Glacial waste buries the land,
Awaiting but a warming hand.
The Arctic Sun at last appears,
Chasing down the night time's fears.

Bringing warmth and blazing light,
The Arctic Sun dispels the night.
Ice Queen retreats with melting grace
As Arctic Sun reveals his face.
