Cleaning Wooden Salad Bowls: Mix warm water with a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and hand wash the bowl. Rinse and dry completely. If the finish needs to be restored, wipe the surface with mineral oil and let stand overnight. Wipe with paper towels to remove excess.
