1 part lemon verbena
1 part lemon balm
1 part lemon thyme
1 part lemon geranium
Finely chopped lemon peel
Create a muslin pouch to put herbs in, insert this pouch of herbs into a bed pillow. Herb pouch can be removed during washing. Sleeping pillow can be decorated with lace or floral material. Needs a zippered opening on one end for herbal pouch.
