Whenever I need to refresh
I slip into my peaceful plush padded nest
Where my head hits my pillow
And dreams ensue
I am residing in a misty meadow
A place contrived from conversations
Sensuous, scary, and full of stimulations
Evoking me to think
Evaluating all the gibber as I slowly sink
Into my oversized pillow topped bed
With billowy huge pillows
that can soothe my head
What a blessed welcome
is this slumber retreat
My weary mind needs a solemn rest
that is so sweet
So I can once more rise
Being apart of the surprise
That life is so worth living
Rested and ready now to do a little giving
Able to face another day
is what life is all about
At least I have my nest
to help me sort it all out
Some things one can not change
that is sadly true
But at least my nest affords a safe venue
Where my mind finds the peace
it sometimes resists
Tomorrow I will figure out my experience
Therefore.....
enhancing my life's consciousness
So when I need to rest my fatigued
or troubled mind
I have found my nest to be
truly a golden find-
