consciousness,achieved through a fully rested and relaxed body and a
fully awake and relaxed mind.Technique for achieving higher
consciousness is call TRANSCENDENTAL  MEDITATION (TM).One sits in a
comfortable position (Sukhasana) with the eyes closed and
concentrates on a suitable sound(Om) or thought.Research  suggests
