This is the only moment in which I truly live; it is the string of moment
after moment that makes up the days and years of my life, and every one of these moments takes place in the middle of Spirit. I live in a Spiritual Universe that is complete within itself, containing all that I need or ever shall desire.

I let go of the idea that what I desire is wrong or shameful; I let go of
any sense of unworthiness regarding what it is I want. The truth is that Spirit created me out of itself that I may experience the joy of creating a wonderful life...and to experience the growth and evolution that comes with that creative process.

Every time I discover a deep-level desire, a true desire that comes from my heart of hearts, it is Spirit announcing its presence and its willingness to lead me to a greater experience of living...one that's full of what I truly want. I stop thinking about the 'thing' I desire, and recognize that I already know what my life would be like with it. I contemplate what it would be like to have already received that which I desire, and begin to live as though that were so. If I desire more love, I begin this day to live as through love were part of my life in the way I desire. If my desire is greater prosperity, I live my life as though that desire were already fulfilled.

At the same time, I live in this day, making intelligent and wise choices about my heart, my money, my work, and my health. I live with a practical and intentional approach. I give to my life that which I am ready and willing to receive, and the Universe responds in kind and in abundance. And for this, I am grateful. And so it is.
