Your presence in this life is a present to the world and a gift to the
universe. You are unique. Your joys and your sorrows are known to differing degrees by all who are a part of the sea of humanity.
Even as we experience things individually there are common themes in the collective main of all that it is to be human.
Though you may, at times, feel quite alone, you are not really alone. It is when we feel this way the most that we must search the hardest for meaningful connection.
Your presence is requested and required firstly by and for yourself. Connect to yourself in an open, honest, reflective and purposeful way. Be there for yourself. Know that you can cope with whatever comes your way.
Life is unfolding as it should. You are learning what you need to know.
Your presence is desired by others too. Be careful who you decide to actually let know you. The healthier we are the healthier our choices will be. You have the right to pick and choose who you give the richness of your unique presence and heartfelt emotion to. Choose wisely.
Being present for ourselves, meeting our own needs, finding our own inner-joy and inner-peace is the mechanism and the gateway by or through which we can find the answers that we so long to find and know.
Those answers are within you. Count your blessings, not your troubles. Don't keep a running account of your pain. Forgive yourself your mistakes and forgive others their trespasses. Reflect on the increasing peace you can find the more you fully bring your presence to each and every moment of each unfolding day.
Your presence requires of you that you do ordinary things in your own unique and extraordinary way.
Your presence and essence are both strong. You are courageous. You bring to each unfolding minute all the understanding that your past experiences crossed your path to teach you.
Choose to be wise. Apply your wisdom. Take each day one at a time. Be present. Be aware. Don't step in the same ditch twice.
Your presence is valuable, worthy, lovable. The more you believe in your presence the less you will throw your personal power away on trying to be right.
Your presence is neither right nor wrong. It is a unique contribution, as are you, to this life, to the world and to the universe. Embrace and celebrate that.
