You need:

1 six inch wide wreath
4 three inch teddy bears
1/4 inch wide green & red ribbon
1/2 inch wide white ribbon roses
1 6 inch plaid bow (or you can make one)

1. Make 2 red & 2 green tie bows out of the ribbon.

2.Glue these on the bears neck followed by one of the ribbon roses.

3. Hot glue the bears to the wreath, lining them up next to each other.

4. Tie the plaid bow to the bottom of the wreath.

5. Take a small amount of the ribbon, make a loop & glue to the back of the wreath for a hanger.

That's it! Very easy & cute!
