Fresh prigs of parsley
Fresh sprigs of thyme
Fresh sprigs of oregano
Fresh sprigs of marjoram
Fresh sprigs of sage
Fresh sprigs of basil
Fresh sprigs of rosemary
green florists' wire
3 to 5" wire wreath form
3 to 4 dried chile pepper
1 garlic bulb

Wrap the stems of each herb bunch with the florists' wire to form 7
bunches. Secure one bunch to the wreath form by twisting florists' wire around the wrapped stems and the wreath. Add a second bunch, so the leaves overlap the stems of the first. Continue around the wreath with remaining bunches. Use wire to attach chile peppers and garlic bulb.
A Pinch of This Cooking Wreath
Is it so small a thing
To have enjoy'd the sun,
To have lived light in the spring,
To have loved, to have thought, to have done...
Matthew Arnold
