1 spool med-gauge wire (or a coat hanger!)
wire cutters
craft wire
Clusters of 3-6 sprigs (each one 4-6 inches) boughs

Securely wrap the end of the spooled wire around the base.  Do not cut the wire.

Place a cluster of sprigs on the frame.  Wrap the wire tightly several times around the cut ends of the sprigs and then around the wire frame.

Do not cut the wire.

Overlap the next cluster of sprigs, placing 2-3 inches down from previous cluster.  Wire it to the base as done the first time.

When you get to the end, attach the last cluster by lifting the first cluster and wiring underneath.

Now you may cut the wire and leave extra wire to wrap around the frame to secure the last sprig and for hanging purposes.

Clip any out of place pieces and add special decorations.

Christmas! The very word brings joy to our hearts. No matter how we may dread the rush, the long Christmas lists for gifts and cards to be bought and given--when Christmas Day comes there is still the same warm feeling we had as children, the same warmth that enfolds our hearts and our homes.
